Indicator 8 should be "Adherence to Standards & Best Practices" from the website. The "Adherence to" suffix is missing here.

Updated text on questions of indicator 9 to match the same language of 9A to make it clear we're asking about the possibility of the solution to allow for PII data and content collection, plus enablement of user interaction.
