Some considerations for this solution:

Clear ownership:
XLNet pre-trained model and instructions for pre-training ClinicalBERT and Clinical XLNet are hosted on two separate repositories belonging to personal accounts

This code and documentation should be hosted on the official One Fact Foundation GitHub organization under the stated open license.

Platform independence:
Currently, the training dataset is behind a login wall and under a proprietary license.

Training datasets and their documentation should be made publicly available under an approved data open license.
