Software for computing achievable information rates for channels with memory via neural network successive interference cancellation.

The following improvements were made compared to v1.0:

• Learning rate scheduling for faster training.
• Independent training for each SNR value. (In the previous version v1.0 and arXiv paper the NNs were initialized with optimized parameters from a lower SNR, if available).
