[feat-##1455] fix hbase bug & add hbase ttl

Purpose of this pull request

1.If we put rowkey at column first place. Nullpointer!
如果我们吧rowkey放在列的第一位就会报空指针，判空的时候忽略了第一位

2.支持hbasesink文件的这一批数据的TTL
