ERC998 Top Down Composable and enumerable erc721 for Solidity ^0.8.0

This is an IERP998 Top down composable and enumerable erc721 for Solidity ^0.8.0. it is adapted from another project I was working on. very much a work in progress. but kind of on hold for the moment as I work on other projects.
