To run the experiment, cd into the appropriate experiment directory for the project you are working in

nextflow -c conf/experiment.config run DanH-UMassMed/RNA-Seq-Nextflow -
Run from local install:
nextflow -c conf/experiment.config run ../../RNA-Seq-Nextflow -
Run from local install:
nextflow -c conf/experiment.config run ../../Cut-and-Tag-Nextflow
