Southern Ocean temperature profile classification tool

This release includes the python code used to classify Southern Ocean Argo float temperature profiles as described in this paper:

It also includes some demonstration code in the "classifier" directory. This demonstration code includes the parameters of the statistical model used to fit the temperature profiles, preserved as python pickle files (*.pkl).
