Tries to disable WebRTC in chrome. This will eventually breaks sites useing WebRTC.

Installation of this Chrome Extension

0. clone this repo
1. navigate to chrome://extensions/
2. enable chrome developer mode
3. click on "load unpacked" extension
4. select the repo
