Add some variants of the player damage plate adding enchantments! (Namely Looting)

Just a suggestion

These blocks are based on the Smite and Bane of Arthropods enchantments
from the base game. They do 2x damage to their respective mob type but can
not harm mobs of other types. This was implemented to partially address
#302.

Hello, thanks for the suggestion. This is something I've wanted to add for a while now but I want to add it in a way that fits with the overall design of the plates. I've added plates for Smite and Bane of Arthropods to match the flame plate. The plan for a looting plate is a bit different and will require more development. This plate will apply a temporary status effect that causes the mob to drop more loot when killed. This allows you to combine the effect with other plates and blocks from other mods as well.
