endNumber is left in live MPD

endNumber parsing was added in version 1.5.1 of livesim2 to provide a way to skip the last (few) segments than are in the asset. when looping. One particular use case is when the last segment is shorter than the other.

However, the attribute is still in the MPD as can be seen by requesting

http://localhost:8888/livesim2/testpic_2s_cropped/Manifest.mpd

with the standard test content.
