Added comments (#20)

* âdd comments to tpch_pgsql.py

* minor changes to Makefile (blanks)

* move default values for command line argument to top

* rename folder modules to tpch4pgsql

* move class Password from postgresqldb.py to tpch_pgsql.py

* add comments to query.py

* added Sphinx
