I have a line on why tests are failing and am working on a fix, but do you know why spotless is failing? |
Spotless failure might be an error with compatibility with jdk / setting. few links you can ignore these error for now, I will look into them after the workflows |

Update github workflow files
rename java package to - bio/terra/aws/resource/discovery
Add gradle lock file
Since these workflow files can be tested only from the main branch, I will merge this PR and get a formal review later
