Motivation

Update Remote Configuration capabilities. Followup of the first PR).

Changes

  • Enables fetching the RC per DC (e.g: /us1/...)
  • Fetched RC v1 (e.g: /us1/v1/...)
  • Update the RC format to support rum namespace and support new options

Testing

  • Local
  • Staging
  • Unit
  • End to end

I have gone over the contributing documentation.
