Plugins don't activate on windows due to path separator #354

When running applications on my windows 7 box, I was finding that no plugins were activating.

After a little digging it turned out it was because the path separators used in the plugin matchers were not compatible e.g. hapi.js#L52.

I've fixed in my fork, PR to accompany.
