Fix flaky test in rewriter.spec.js

[uurien]

setTimeout without time wasn't enough to confirm the right communication between ports. Added something dynamic to fix it.

And the implementation of testWrappedPrepareStackTrace was wrong, and made things difficult to follow, now it is better.
