Update span pointer env vars

What does this PR do?

• Adds a DD_TRACE_AWS__ADD_SPAN_POINTERS env var to opt out of span pointers
• Changes DD_AWS_SDK_DYNAMODB_TABLE_PRIMARY_KEYS to DD_TRACE_DYNAMODB_TABLE_PRIMARY_KEYS

Motivation

• Opting out might be useful for some users
• "AWS_SDK_DYNAMODB" is redundant; also we should be following the convention "DD_TRACE" for anything tracing related
• Align logic with Java tracer
