[postgres] add alloydbadmin & alloydbmetadata to default exclusion list

What does this PR do?

Similar to cloudsqladmin, this PR adds alloydbadmin & alloydbmetadata to default list of databases to exclude from autodiscovery and databases to ignore to prevent failures on Postgres on GCP AlloyDB.
