Welcome to the Water Tech text classification project!

This project is a part of the collaboration between Water Point Data Exchange (wpdx) and DataKind Singapore.

A sample of the dataset is available in data/wpdx_sample_data.csv. Complete dataset can be downloaded from here.

Objective

More than 1000 types of water_tech are provided in the raw dataset. Aim to reduce the number of levels by grouping similar water_tech based on the description.

What to work on?

Volunteers can contribute to tasks provided as "issues" in this repository.
