Peer to peer evaluation

What shall I do when I find that two Course Project submissions are 99% identical? What is the preferable way of handling it?

Of course not. Shall I mark it in the evaluation as "not own work". Or
simply accept it without noticing? What is Coursera's or your preference?

In my opinion i think you should post on the course forums rather than here to ask the course TA's as i don't think you will get many answers here as there are few people here than on the course forums. Also, the course TA's might be able to help you more. Also if you don't want to expose your name on the course then post anonymously.
