Removing the dummy label previously used in older Gradio versions to avoid JS errors (gradio-app/gradio#3883) fixes the web UI freezing after commit oobabooga/text-generation-webui@fae8062
The "Reduce CPU usage by only highlighting after text generation ends" feature has been temporarily disabled due to issues with the detection method for text generation
