Regions
NA has multiple regions (Vanilla biome worldgen acts as a region). Each one of them has its own biomes. For each biome, it is defined where it should generate based on climate parameters or just which Vanilla biomes it should replace. However, each region has its own weight, meaning there is a chance it will be chosen (if biomeX should be replaced by biomeY, it will only happen in Z% of chances due to region weight; thanks to that, you can find both biomes in the world).
The weight of each region is configurable in the config as well as per biome toggles.
