[feature request] disable npm, allow pihole only option

Just as you made the feature to disable pihole and use NPM only I was wondering if it was possible to do the other way too? I am experimenting with Pangoin as a local reverse proxy (not exposed to internet) and would love this option as Pihole wildcard domain records seem finicky from what i looked online.

I'll need to add this feature, but the configuration will become a bit weird as you would still need to provide the IP of the reverse proxy to be used as the IP for the DNS record.
