My environment versions are: SUMO1.18.0 and CARLA 0.9.10.

Hi @HuXingYu1016, thanks for your interest. Sorry I didn't test this project on the windows platform enough. I think the issue here is the path to the sumo is not properly set here:

. You can quickly fix this bug by setting the path to the sumo on your machine here. I will fix this bug later.
