Problems reported in another XSLT file when one XSLT file opened - inferred xsl:import issue?

VS Code (or possibly an extension) invokes the SymbolProvider when a document is closed and is no longer active. In this case, the diagnostics collection is added to as a side-effect. Causing the potential for problems to be reported (even when there were none when the document was active).

openTextDocument for imports was triggering the symbolProvider and thus the diagnosticsProvider
