Show on the law view what is being said on social networks about that law

• Add twitter hashtag embedded timeline to law view
  • Use https://dev.twitter.com/docs/embedded-timelines with hashtags.
  • Eg for a educational reform bill, use hashtags (#)education, (#)reform, (#)children.
  • Hashtag should be stored on the database and supplied by "El negro/Agustin/Florencia/Felipe"
• Use https://storify.com/ and select tweets and fb posts talking about the law

I believe DemocracyOS should be embedded into twitter/facebook/others and not the other way around.

Although it is a nice feature, IMHO traffic should be directed to DemocracyOS and not away from it.

Implementing something like the description of this issue would cause users to drop-off the site... against the desired behavior.
