democracyos...button for "back to main page"

everytime one goes to a page and pushes the back arrow to get to main page again to choose another topic it always goes to the top and one must scroll back to where one was. Maybe someone could fix a "back to main" button that would take one back to where they were on the list of topics.

Also the list of topics could be smaller and 9 or more could be on one page. What happens when everyone finds out about democracyos and all of a sudden there are 3 million subscribers?

am using windows 10 with chrome browser. the translation feature works great in chrome.
