Add a help page, with the style of the Settings page (sidebar) and sections (piled on responsive) with the following sections:

  • FAQ
  • Terms of Service
  • Privacy Policy

These sections should be enabled/disabled on the admin.
Also, texts shown in these sections should be editable.
