- ensure cell-editing repaintChangesOnly grids keep modifiedValues in sync when validation is async so cancelEditData puts the original values back
- cover the regression with two QUnit scenarios (regular editing + change-tracking) to guard future regressions
- keep the editing row-based flow consistent with the core fix
