Nonce errors seem to be happening a lot with the poloniex API. Usually these are harmless, but in the case of #765, the error tricked Zenbot into thinking the order completed, while in reality it remained open. This enhancement prevents this from happening, and instead tells the API to run the 'retry' logic.
