No sure if this is a bug. Afaik previous results of RepeatModeler for LTR elements included the tag TYPE=LTR or TYPE=INT to indicate if it was the Internal or the LTR part of the family. Using version 2.0.4 I no longer get TYPE=LTR, they all say INT, even those that appear to be an LTR component.
Can you confirm if this is a bug or a something has changed and it should be considered a feature?
