Hello,

No sure if this is a bug. Afaik previous results of RepeatModeler for LTR elements included the tag TYPE=LTR or TYPE=INT to indicate if it was the Internal or the LTR part of the family. Using version 2.0.4 I no longer get TYPE=LTR, they all say INT, even those that appear to be an LTR component.

Can you confirm if this is a bug or a something has changed and it should be considered a feature?

Thanks.

Definitely a bug. I found the cause and will be fixing this in the next release.

It would be good if the name could indicate the connection between the LTR and the internal sequence.
For example:

Os0041_INT#LTR/Copia
Os0041_LTR#LTR/Copia
