Request: LTR_retriever update from version 2.9.0

The version of LTR_retriever in this image is 2.9.0, but it appears the tool has been updated to 2.9.9. Would it be possible to update the image to include this recent update?

By way of an update, 2.9.9 requires TEsorter as a dependency, which is fine, but it's showing odd behavior in the RepeatModeler pipeline, which is not. Once I get everything ironed out I'll make the upgrade
