- Allow PHP 8 explicitly. - Require and use PHP 7.2 everywhere. - Remove redundant configs etc. - Upgrade Docker environment. - Upgrade and add tools and tool configuration. - Using GH Actions instead of Travis. - Using Psalm instead of Phan. - Update PHPStorm configs.
Every commit is built anyway.
Now possible with PHP 7.2.
This potentially allows running integration tests, adds a useful link, and provides symbols for documentation.
