To implement access control we need an ophyd device that can read the PV that says which hutch is in use.
( The hutch in use needs to have protected control over the optics, so that the other hutch cannot control optics )

Acceptance Criteria

  • There is a device that can read the i19 hutch in use PV
  • That calling dodal connect i19-optics connects this device to the real beamline PV
