v0.2.0 - First beta release

First beta release, API is close to stability.

Changes:

• Load a configuration file from an OSIRIS input.
• Automatic mpi running.
• 2D plot functionlity extended.
• Allow to remove sections and parameters assigning None.
• New ScaledSlice for selecting data to plot in simulation units.
• Added a data module.
• Many minor improvements and fixes.
