New usage example

Add a new usage example, a multi-layer model. Generate several graphs of parameters change as a function of time, for m0=3km central CMP. Overlay these graphs above CMP gather 3km for better visualization of parameters RN, RNIP, BETA, and semblance changes for a given t0.
