Displaced Vertex Search Code Base

This project is a c++ based project with python scripts for configuring submitted jobs via Condor/CRAB systems. It includes the utilities of creating ntuple/histograms/minitree in ROOT files as well as EDM frameworks for event producers/analyzers to filter out events from being triggered online/offline up to running combine to produce limit plots
