Version update on Windows to 1.5 - does not clean up

When you update from previous 1.4 versions to 1.5.

1.4 doesn't get installed from the Windows apps properly leaving 1.4.?? in place along side 1.5 in add and remove programs.

If user uninstalls 1.4 it may error or uninstall data for both 1.4 and 1.5

This issue happens after update to electron v6, but we can't use older versions because should support notarize process for MacOS Catalina. All next updates should be compatible with 1.5.0 version.
