Lua gui

This version adds the gui library to Lua.

This version also adds (and reorganizes) menus to the main frame. It also slightly modifies GSdx to save a snapshot to a specified file (no automatic name, in this case).

Corrected Virtual Pad

Virtual Pad now modifies the movie file (as it was supposed to do...)

v4.1 - Better FrameAdvance

Now, the FrameAdvance is processed as long as the key is down (you don't have to press & release anymore).

IMPORTANT: If you're using LilyPad, you must set Keyboard API to Raw Input (or DirectInput but you won't be able to use the 0 to 9 keys as shortcuts).
