Change order of part lookup to match RFC 2046, §5.1.4 #167

This is a fix based on an email found in the wild where there were two html parts, the first was empty and the second non-empty.
RFC 2046 §5.1.4 stipulates that the last supported type is the best to display (HTML parts usually follows text parts for this reason)
