Clicking in Rapid Succession Causes Tree Component Interaction to Break

If you click on an expandable/nested Tree node in rapid succession (like e.g. a double click) the collapsable content is only partially hidden or cannot be hidden at all anymore.
You can reproduce this by clicking multiple times on any of the expandable nodes on the demosite: https://dominokit.com/solutions/domino-ui/v2/docs/components/tree
Only refreshing the page resets this behavior.
