Learn about vigilant mode.

Some new features are added:
(1) Time selection is added between each messages in order to set gap in sending continuous message if needed, to avoid detection of spamming by anti-spam measures.
(2) Progress bar is added in order to track :
(a) how much task is done in percentage.
(b) how many messages have send out given.
(c) Time calculation between each time of iteration.
