The program does not use osu! game chat #3
Description
I've released the program as is, since the twitch chat part works, however, I have made very little progress on the osu! in-game chat.
The program currently does use the given irc info for osu! to connect to the osu! irc in another thread so all that is needed to be done for that to work is the OsuListener class to correctly either send PMs or what I was thinking would be better is to state things in the #spectator channel and listen for commands there.
I have tried getting this to work correctly but have been running into a lot of issues. Some help would be greatly appreciated if someone is able to.
