添加tftpd的dadk配置
试图添加udp69端口的映射（没成功）
修复exec命令参数传递问题

哈哈，很惊喜，本来以为这个task没人做了。感谢～
首先那个添加映射，其实只要把hostfwd那里复制多一份，然后加个逗号就行。（如果我没记错的话）我当时加多一个映射，是问gpt的
然后后面那个shell的是什么问题呀，能否描述一下复现步骤

把这个分支的tftpd_0_2_10.dadk放到主线，跑起来，用exec bin/tftpd &运行，会报错

目前还没能成功运行，估计是网络问题，但我不清楚咋修复

在包管理器被开发出来之前，从稳定可重复编译的角度考虑，该PR移植的TFTP server仓库应当转移所有权到DragonOS-community下，然后才能合并它
