updating apt-get command
remove '\' from apt-get
fix the mkdir command
change cat to ls
add fixing up of pkgconfig installed files
print the pkconfig after the change

@DreamSourceLab , i approcahed you in the past asking if you had AppImage version of your software which is what most vendors do these days, at least for linux. Saleae are delivering their software on linux as AppImage too.
