Review of chapters 1-7:

Remove non-RIDE-specific text (stuff that a computer user can be expected to know, like cut and paste and how to use a search box to search for text)
Move to describe purposes, not interface and layout
Replace Dyalog or APL-specifics independent of RIDE with links to main documentation
Change "The RIDE" to just "RIDE" -- just like it's not "The Firefox" or "The Visual Studio"
