Initial Release of Dynamica

This is the initial release of the Dynamica Discord Bot which is centered around open-source and easy-selfhosting for those that want to. In this release is also support for Pterodactyl Eggs as a deployment method. If you don't want to self-host the bot an invite link is available for a free version hosted by yours truly. Be aware though that the bot may change over time and depedning on the amount of users may become unstable.
