DYN-7327: Updating the Dynamo Sandbox Icon to be higher resolution

Purpose

This PR addresses [DYN-7327

It addresses updating the Dynamo Sandbox Toolbar Icon to make it a higher resolution.

This image was pulled from the Jira request, which shows the previous icon vs Revit

Release Notes

Updated the .Ico file to include higher resolutions up to 256 pixels and 32 bit (RGBA) sizes for High DPI screens.
