Removes subdir references from the key headers needed for offline-only tools to make it easier to install the headers for third-party tools.

Hmm, something is messed up with the Travis web hooks -- it failed to trigger on my prior pull requests (ran local suite on linux + aarch cross and prior in that PR had succeeded on mac), and now here as well, and on #2282. Travis hasn't run on a PR in ~5 hours, but it is running on recent pushes to master. I checked the settings and nothing has changed there so presumably this is some issues with github or travis and it's not clear what we can do about it other than filing a bug/ticket. |
