This looks like an issue with the path to perl5lib (that contains XML and is in ACME code) missing from the perl include path. Investigating. |

You could 'clone' my case: /gpfs/mira-home/taylorm/codes/acme-v0.1/scripts/b1850c5_m1a/ Or, just run any B compset from ACME master. I think if they run, then it is something wrong with my environment. This is a script error, but it only shows up when running a job in the que. When running the scripts on the Mira frontend, I dont see this error (and the script eventually errors out because some of the que environment variables are not set). |

I was able to configure and build master on Mira using ./create_newcase -case ne30_B1850C5 -mach mira -compiler ibm -compset B1850C5 -res ne30_g16 -project EarthModel I have not tried running yet, but your error was a build-time issue, correct? |

I just tried "-compset B1850C5CN -res ne30_g16" on Mira and was able to configure+build the case successfully. |

It is failing on the very first line of the run script: source ./Tools/ccsm_getenv You can run this interactively on the front end, and it works fine. It must be something about the compute node environment that was changed during system time last monday? |

Must be, they must have updated the modules during the system maintenance last Mon. |

Looks like /usr/lib64/perl/XML exists on the frontend machines, but that directory is missing on the compute nodes. I'll send this to ALCF and CC you and Pat. |

I haven't heard anything from ALCF, but my simple test case is now working. They may have fixed something? |

My regular B compset for ACME v0.1 is now working. This issue is now resolved. for future reference, from ALCF: It should be resolved now - when hosts were put through a rolling |

The ACME v0.1 code stopped working on Mira earlier this week. Identical code and case was working last week. Assigning to Jayesh since you're listed as the Mira POC.
