...And of course Frontier went down for maintenance right when I got to testing this 🙄

Testing

This has been tested on Frontier as part of #177. MPAS-Ocean has been run successfully with the pr suite with both gnu and crayclang. Omega has been built and CTest has been run on 3 of the 4 compilers (gnu, crayclang and crayclanggpu). We are sorting out an issue with gnugpu at E3SM-Project/Omega#52 that has likely been fixed but will require an update of the Omega submodule in Polaris.

and will not be in the near future.
